Dr. Jim Dalton

Board Co-Chair, Founder
Dr. Jim Dalton is the Chief Executive Officer of Damar Serices, Inc. and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 25 years of experience in child and adolescent behavioral health. He has served as a clinical consultant, evaluator, researcher and administrator. Dr. Dalton is a Co-Board member.
Dr. Michael Johnson
Ph.D., HSPP, CSAYC;
Board Co-Chair, Founder
Dr. Michael Johnson is the owner and operator of Broad Ripple Counseling Center with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Johnson has provided services for youth with sexually harmful behaviors in correctional, residential, outpatient, and home-based settings. Dr. Johnson is a Co-Board member.
Dr. Romunda Valentine
DSW, LCSW, CSAYC; Board Member
Dr. Romunda Valentine holds a DSW in social work and an owner of Family and Community Partner, LLC. She provides clinical supervision and training for therapists and case managers at the agency.  Her area of expertise have been centralized with juveniles on probation with conduct or oppositional defiant disorders and she is credentialed in working with juveniles with problematic sexual behaviors. Ms. Valentine is a Co-Board member.
Ms. Laura Green
MSW, LCSW, CSAYC; Board Member
Ms. Green is the Executive Director of Family Works, Inc. She provides clinical supervision and training for therapists and case managers at the agency. Her area of expertise is working with adolescent males who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviors and families who have experienced abuse and neglect. Ms. Green is a Co-Board member.
Brett Boswinkle
LMHC, CSAYC; Board Member
Mr. Boswinkle has worked with individuals who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviors since 2005. He has been working in various settings such as correctional facilities, community-based, outpatient, and at a university. He is actively involved in Motivational Interviewing and working on becoming a MINT trainer. Mr. Boswinkle is a Co-Board member.
Amanda L. Pryor
MSW, LCSW, CSAYC; Director
Ms. Pryor is the Program Director of Advocacy and Training Alliance since 2016. She has worked with youth who caused sexual harm as a therapist, assessor, and clinical supervisor. Ms. Pryor is a current ATSA Child and Adolescent Board Member.
Megan Bullock
LMHC, CSAYC; Program Manager
Ms. Bullock is the Manager of Advocacy and Training Alliance since 2021. She has worked with youth who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviors in community-based and residential settings as a therapist and supervisor.
