Advocacy and Training Alliance is a leading professional association dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in their work with youth with sexual behavior problems. Founded in 2004, the Alliance emerged in response to the absence of a standardized model of care and advocates for the adoption of best practices in assessment and intervention. History

Originally founded in 2004 as IN-AJSOP (Indiana Association of Juvenile Sex Offender Practitioners), Advocacy and Training Alliance was established by a dedicated group of professionals committed to supporting youth with sexual behavior problems. Recognizing the need for a collaborative association, these experts came together to develop a structured approach to intervention and care. Over the years, the organization has evolved and expanded its mission to advocate for best practices in assessment, treatment, and professional training.
